 Combining an extensive background in design and sales I have the unique ability to help my clients in the purchase or sale of their real estate. I have specialized in kitchen and bath remodels, I was a design consultant, large account sales manager, and have personally renovated and flipped homes for profit. With extensive knowledge in construction and design I offer specific expertise that will assist buyers purchasing a home in their budget while seeing potential that might otherwise be overlooked. I help sellers make educated decisions to prepare for a sale to get the highest value for their property. I care about your goals and dreams and have the expertise to help you achieve them. I look at every real estate transaction as an investment and work with you before and after to make sure to best protect and grow your investment. 

 Twenty years in the United States Air Force and 10 cross country moves has given me a unique perspective on real estate, the needs of my clients, and their families on the move. A dream home is about more than finding the perfect property, it is about finding the right balance. A great home, in the best location, at the right price, that has the amenities and commute you desire for your school, leisure, and work needs.  For much of my career, I have specialized in professional risk management, and I personally applied those skills to purchase several, profitable, investment properties. I aim to help my customers identify and take advantage of the best opportunities and understand the associated risks to provide the right short- and long-term gains. Finally, I personally subscribe to a servant leadership philosophy, where putting the needs of those I serve, advocating for their benefit, and achieving their goals is how I define success.
